Position SummaryThe Shipping Manger will report to the Director of Operations, Warehouse and Logistics and maintain the EGM Shipping area in accordance with departmental policies, procedures, and standards. The Shipping Manager ensures coordination of materials and information between Warehouse, Purchasing, Manufacturing, Accounting, and other departments to support successful and expedient product shipments and deliveries. Shipping Manager will monitor and establish a materials workflow that ensures all associated EGM, Parts and Accessories for a given order are successfully loaded and secured for shipment. It is the Shipping Manager's responsibility to review all orders prior to shipment to be complete and accurate prior leaving the Light & Wonder dock. The Shipping Manager will document and process order shipments, work with transportation departments and vendors to ensure timely inbound and outbound deliveries, investigate and document all non-conformance issues, and recommend corrective actions. The job includes but is not limited to maintaining shipment documentation such as Bills of Lading, Packing list, Jurisdictional Notification and/or material placards.
