Position Summary:

The Customer Capability Manager strengthens the capabilities of existing and future leaders. This position delivers internal initiatives, i.e., onboarding, skill development, leadership development, and internal certifications. The Customer Capability Manager creates, launches, manages and refines programs for multiple audiences that are aligned with the company's values. This position works closely with the leadership team and impacts all employees within the company.

Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:

  • Develop, execute, and continuously evolve a comprehensive and integrated learning and development strategy that drives high-performance and elevates the employee experience
  • Utilize adult learning principles to develop and facilitate content
  • Build curricula and training materials for many management and leadership development programs that promote leadership capabilities aligned with the company's values and behavioral expectations
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on program results ensuring program objectives are met
  • Ensure initiatives are driving program growth and performance
  • Monitor relevant metrics and KPIs to proactively diagnose and address key talent trends across the company
  • Evaluate, identify and partner with vendors as needed to procure/customize content
  • Create and execute reinforcement materials, tools, and/or follow up sessions to support adoption of training concepts
  • Collaborate with the business to ensure processes, programs, and services are implemented and the needs of the company
  • Conduct needs analyses to determine long-term training plans
  • Guide subject matter experts on the design and delivery of the company specific training content
  • Other projects or duties as assigned
