PRIMARY PURPOSE:
The Director of Online Gaming Products will facilitate the development and delivery of MGM Resorts International's online gaming content. This position will work with gaming vendors to contract services, build out the product, oversee the deployment of multiple products, and execute the overall strategy for the content as a key member of the MGMRI Interactive division.
- Manages relationships with vendors, including sourcing potential partners and ensuring deliverables meet MGMRI standards.
- Primary leader of MGMRI online gaming content operations; continuously reviews operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness KPIs are met.
- Acts as Project Manager for all online gaming development.
- Manages the financial performance of MGMRI online gaming content through data collection, reporting and analysis.
- Responsible for optimizing online gaming content products.
- Manages cross-functional relationships, including brand marketing, property operations, and shared services.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of prior relevant experience .
