THE JOB:

The Software Engineer of Identity and Access Management (IAM) will be responsible for designing, engineering, implementation of all IAM technologies across enterprise. This role will serve as a subject matter expert in identity management (SailPoint) and authentication technologies. The individual must have a motivated team player mentality, exuding positivity, strong interpersonal finesse, and the ability to seamlessly transition between roles as both an individual contributor and a key team player. The individual must be hands-on, work under minimal supervision and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This individual will have strong knowledge of identity services, SailPoint is the primary tool, RBAC, PIM/PAM, MFA, SSO & related standards (e.g. SAML, OAUTH, NTLM, LDAP, Kerberos, PKI, etc.) and experience of IAM products like BeyondTrust, OKTA, Azure AD, and Active Directory.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Contribute key inputs to the strategy MGMRI will follow to achieve a robust and leading identity management program.

• Primary responsibilities will be related to application onboarding, workflow development, and operations & maintenance activities.

• Configure, develop, and implement access certification, identity lifecycle management, self-service access requests, and delegated administration within IIQ.

• Designing, build, configure, and implement IIQ connectors for Active Directory (AD), Azure AD, Oracle, or other common protocols/systems for MGMRI's IAM systems and beyond.

• Customize workflows, forms, rules, roles, policies, reports, and certifications.

• Develop API services for access policies, and certifications, and design custom screens for requesting additional access and approvals.

• Unit testing of code and understanding of custom changes to SailPoint IdentityIQ.

• Attending client stakeholder meetings to elicit requirements, confirm design, collaborate on integration, support user acceptance testing.

• Managing the Services Standard Build (SSB) / Services Standard Deployment (SSD) configuration.

• Maintenance to workflows (Joiner / Mover / Leaver / Approval process).

• Respond to support requests not fielded by the help desk.

• Assessing requirements for Identity and Access Management solutions to meet stakeholders needs.

• Help build technical and non-technical processes, policies, and standards that reflect security best practices and minimizes MGMRI's security risks.

• Build and maintain mutual trust with key stakeholders in the company, such as Engineering, Compliance, IT, HR.

• Act as a key technical resource in the IAM space for the organization.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

• 3+ years of prior relevant experience.

• Possesses extensive expertise and hands-on proficiency in SailPoint IdentityIQ.

• Coding experience in SailPoint.
