PRIMARY PURPOSE:

The primary function of a Poker Floor Supervisor is to attend to the needs of players and guests as necessary. The Poker Floor Supervisor is the primary point of contact between guests and all poker services.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assists players and guests with all requests in a professional and timely manner.
• Acts as a front-line ambassador, greeting guests while maintaining table waiting lists.
• Seats players in games following proper departmental protocol.
• Makes rulings at games following proper departmental protocol.
• Utilizes all aspects of the Bravo Poker software.
• Answers any questions and addresses any problems with players.
• Stays informed about all Poker Division activities and MGM Resorts International events.
• Inputs all player information into the database system and issues MLife cards.
• Works with tournament registration.
• Answers the telephone and assists customers with questions.
• Complies with all company regulations and policies.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Two (2) years of experience in Poker or any hotel/resort/casino related experience
