Summary
The Front Desk Coordinator is the first point of contact for the corporate office, greeting visitors and answering a large volume of incoming telephone calls. This position is responsible for a myriad of administrative duties and support functions.

Minimum Requirements
A combination of Education and Experience will be considered. Must be authorized to work in the US as defined by the Immigration Act of 1986. Must pass a Criminal Background Check.
Education: High School Diploma/GED
Years of Experience: Minimum one (1) year of proven experience providing administrative support as well as the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with minimal supervision.
* Positive attitude and be a team player.
* Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel; knowledge of general office machines.
* Adaptive to learning a variety of software pertinent to the department.
* Ability to communicate with the Manager and Director on a regular basis.
* Demonstrate professional interaction with visitors, vendors, deliveries, and all departments.

Job Duties
* Sign in visitors and direct them to appropriate employees.
* Revise and maintain company phone lists and directories as needed.
* Schedule conference rooms and conference call lines/ Distribute conference room schedules daily.
* Forward e-mails and faxes received by Front Desk and Facilities to appropriate employees.
* Distribute and track Vendor/Visitor/Contractor badges.
* Assist with all mass mailings if needed.
* Interact with visitors, vendors, deliveries, and all departments.
* Interact with Allegiant Staff.
* Assist with Security and Emergency Response procedures, maintain building integrity, and safety of campus.
* Serve as backup to monitoring the Facility Jira system and the Facility mailbox.
* Manage company desk and seating assignments reporting.
* Communicate with the Facility Manager on a daily basis.
* Confidentiality is imperative.
* Receive and Sort USPS mail.
* Model Allegiant's customer service standards in personal actions and when providing direction.
* Other duties as assigned.

Office - While performing the duties of this job, the Team Member is regularly required to stand, sit, talk, hear, see, reach, stoop, kneel, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer, keyboard, printer, and phone. May be required to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 20 lbs. May be required to work various shifts/days in a 24-hour situation. Regular attendance is a requirement of the role. Exposure to moderate noise (i.e. business office with computers, phones, printers, and foot traffic), temperature, and light fluctuations. Ability to work in a confined area as well as the ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of time. Some travel may be a requirement of the role.
