Position Details: * Salary: 20.00 - 26.00 Hourly POSITION SUMMARY: The Community Relations Coordinator performs comprehensive administrative support services for the Sales and Marketing team, including facilitating the daily operations of the marketing office and assisting the team in achieving the community's occupancy and revenue goals. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Completes and maintains appropriate database documentation and paperwork and keeps Community Relations Director, Executive Director, and key stakeholders up to date on inquiries, tours, outreach plans, reserved and occupied units, and move-ins and move-outs. 2. Prepares and distributes marketing reports timely and accurately. 3. Assists in ensuring that the marketing area, model rooms, and general appearance of the community are clean, safe, orderly, and decorated in a pleasing and professional manner. 4. Prepares and maintains residents' administrative files in accordance with Prestige policy and State and local regulations. 5. Supports the move-in process as outlined in the Resident Move-In Checklist. 6. Maintains an open and ongoing dialogue with the resident and family to ensure a smooth transition for the resident and to identify needs. 7. Types, collates, and distributes all correspondence and other materials. 8. Assists in coordination and planning of marketing special events, including weekend events. 9. Coordinates various marketing fulfillment duties and systems, including direct mail, packages, letters, catalogs, and other sales literature. 10. Assists in touring and interviewing prospective residents, family members, and guardians. 11. Facilitates the new resident orientation program. 12. Attends and participates in marketing meetings to support execution of strategies to drive comprehensive sales results. 13. Represents Prestige and the community in welcoming prospective residents, family members, referral sources, and the public in a positive, helpful, and caring manner, demonstrating company mission and philosophy. 14. Performs other duties as assigned. COMPANY WIDE RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Demonstrates Core Values of Respect, Integrity, Commitment, and Trust. 2. Protects privacy and confidentiality of information pertaining to residents, team members, the department/center/community, and company information and records. 4. Maintains a safe and secure working environment and practices safe working habits. QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE: 1 year experience in a sales administrative support role involving customer service. Detail-oriented and excellent organizational, time management, and follow-through skills. Must demonstrate good judgment, problem solving, and decision-making skills. Exceptional telephone, clerical, and customer service skills. Experience and ability to use client tracking and sales software preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. EDUCATION: Associates degree preferred or equivalent knowledge and skills obtained through a combination of education, training, and experience.
