As part of the Recruiting team, you will work in a dynamic, fast paced environment, with team members distributed across the US, with rich and varied experience.

The Contract High Volume Hourly Recruiter role will be part of the Hourly Recruiting team, which manages a considerable number of non-exempt distribution center requisitions.

Hourly pay is between $22 - $27/hr and the duration of the contract is open ended at this time.

What you'll do on a typical day:

  • Recruit for a variety of hourly roles assigned to you to based on changing business needs
  • Maintain ongoing reports that provide updates on the progress made on each requisition
  • Identify, support and implement sourcing and marketing strategiesusing various recruiting and social media platforms, job boards and other sourcesto attract and secure qualified candidates
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure positions are filled with highly talented candidates in a seamless and timely manner
  • Develop innovative and creative ways to attract the most qualified and diverse candidates
  • Effectively partner with members of the immediate and broad Talent Acquisition group to ensure success of the entire team
  • Consistently demonstrate a positive, can-do attitude and the self-motivation to do whatever it takes to achieve success for the team in a quality, professional manner while maintaining a high standard of integrity and work ethic

Required skills and experience:

  • 1 or more yearsof experience in high volume hourly recruiting
  • Experience with Microsoft Office
  • Demonstrated confidence in all settings when advising/partnering with business leaders; ability to maintain professionalism and focus in an ambiguous environment
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively in an environment with competing demands
  • Solutions oriented with strong problem-solving and follow-up skills
